You can visit San Francisco's greenest museum for free, every Third Wednesday of the month.

The California Academy of Sciences contains an aquarium, a planetarium, a natural history museum, and a 4-story rainforest. You can watch them feed penguins or see a short 3D film. The planetarium has a tendency to put people to sleep. It's a nice place for a nap.
