AMATYC Student Math League Competition
The second round of the AMATYC Student Math League contest will take place on Thursday, March 4th, in SM 35. Students must begin between 4:00 and 4:30 pm and have 60 minutes regardless of the start time.

Fall 2009 AMATYC SML Competition Results
Over 75 students participated in the first round of the Student Mathematics League Math Competition on Thursday, October 29, 2009. The Student Mathematics League is sponsored by the American Mathematics Association of Community Colleges.
Any two-year college may enter a team of five or more students who has not earned a two-year college or higher degree into the competion. This year the West Valley College team score summed up to 139.5, with the following students entered into the competition:
